Teacher's Curriculum

Teachers who register their classes for Student Days will receive a password to download the newly revised Curriculum Enhancement Guide. Complete with discussions, sample lesson plans, classroom projects, and activities, this guide will help students gain the complete Renaissance experience. Grade level specific topics include math and science applications, history, and the daily life, customs and mannerisms of the Renaissance period.

Students will also interact with over 100 costumed characters including Royalty, knights in shining armor and peasants who will assist in answering questions and helping students gain a better understanding of the Age of Rebirth.

Teachers will receive a Teacher Appreciation Kit upon exiting the festival. Enclosed in the kit will be free passes for your students who attended Student Days to return to the festival on any of the festival’s remaining weekend days. There will also be tokens of appreciation for you!
