Reservations
The Ohio Renaissance Festival is not open to the public on Education Days. Only schools and home schools with prior reservations will be admitted.
The Education Days department is available to personally handle all of your requests. The staff can be reached weekdays during regular business hours by calling (513) 897-7000, Ext. 221 or via e-mail to schools@renfestival.com.
Note: To avoid a late fee, all reservations must be received by Monday, September 19, 2010 at 4:00pm.

How soon do I need to register?
Register online today! You will receive an email confirming your selected date.
How much does Education Days cost and who gets FREE admission?
Student ticket price is $8.00. Schools will receive 1 FREE adult ticket for every 10 student tickets purchased. Additional teachers/chaperone tickets are $12.00. Bus drivers get in FREE and parking is FREE.
When do I pay for the tickets?
Full payment is due by September 19, 2010 in the form of a check or Purchase Order. All students and teachers must be counted on the ticket voucher to enter the gate. Individual tickets will not be sold at the Box Office.
What if I have changes to my reservation?
If you have additions to make, have a representative from your school go to the ticket booth and obtain a ticket voucher for the additional tickets. Please allow the rest of your group to enter the gate with the remaining teachers and chaperones.
If your count has decreased, please send a letter after October 1, 2010 to the Ohio Renaissance Festival office requesting a refund. Refunds are not given at the ticket booth. Please note: Lunch packages are not refundable after your attendance.
