Oktoberfest Weekend

It’s time for brats and beer! Enjoy a wide selection of beers and ales at the village pubs with savory brats on sandwiches and sticks. This weekend is also the village’s annual Pumpkin Decorating Contest. Vote for your favorite at the information booth by the Front Gate.

 

Cider Tasting Event this weekend only. Join a Cider Master from Woodchuck Hard Cider who will be conducting cider tastings each day from 1pm to 3pm. Six varieties of cider paired with cheeses and crackers will be on the menu. Learn about each variety and the history behind Woodchuck Hard Cider. Purchase tickets at the entrance to the Cider Tasting. $20 per person. Must be 21 years of age.

Highland Weekend

The village puts on its kilt! Join the village in celebrating Highland heritage as villagers host special events including a Haggis Eating Contest, Knobby Knees Contest, and a traditional Highland Games competition.

This weekend only: The Thunderous pipes and drums of Albannach. See them on Reveler's Stage at 12, 2, 3:30 and at Pub Sing. Also see Celtic dancers, the Cincinnati Caledonian Society Pipes & Drums, and visiting clans.
